The Dissemination, Impact, and Access Workshop for Programs, Centers, and Institutes at Northwestern University was held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 9:45 a.m. 3:30 p.m. All program assistants, program coordinators, program managers, research administrators (and other similar titles!) were invited for the one-day interactive workshop hosted by Galter Library and NUCATS. Lunch was provided by Galter Health Sciences Library.

Learn about making a dissemination plan, using social media, and see dissemination in action. Impact. Do you know how the research community is using your program's outputs? Impact can be challenging not only to track, but also to write about. Learn how to efficiently track scholarly work and creatively describe impact. Access. Even brilliant research can go unnoticed if it's not accessible. Learn how to make your program's research accessible in many avenues and brush up on complying with federal policies.
